Preggers!
Yes, that's right. My belly will look like this again very soon. Bye bye slim tummy. Hello basketball. I'm preggers!
Most people know already, but some of you don't. We found out a couple of weeks ago that we're pregnant and will be due in December. We are SO excited and happy to grow our family! So far, so good. Besides one horrifying migraine, the pregnancy has been great. Minus being exhausted, I hardly feel like I'm pregnant.
I told Taylor a couple of days ago that there was a baby in my belly and looked down and pointed, saying "Baby." She looked down at her tummy, touched it and said, "bebe." It was really funny. She has just been hilarious lately. I think having a brother or sister 19 months apart will be really great for her. Praise the Lord for blessing my womb! More updates to come!
prego!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!! That is so exciting! There are many of us prego people out there now! :)
ReplyDeleteJudy D.
P.S. We found out were are having a little girl!
It is going to be so much fun watching Taylor Joy as a big sis.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to give her some tips from the best of them:)
You are so cute, Kendra! I'm so excited for you guys.
ReplyDeletethat pic scared me, bc i just saw you last sunday, and you looked NOTHING like that...
ReplyDeleteso, being very naive in all things pregnation and such, i thought, "i am never getting pregnant if that is how fast i will have a basketball in my belly"
then i realized, that was from LAST round, and said, "WHEW!"
because that would really make being pregnant like a sudden onslaught of typhoid...
sometimes, you need a warning.
So excited for you! Can't wait to love the new Duty.
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day, Kendra! You are such an asset to your family and to our church. God is doing big things through you.
ReplyDeleteI'm so proud of your family!!!
Heather
Is today Taylor's BD??
ReplyDeleteLook how many times I have commented in row...really...that's nuts.
ReplyDeleteCongrats, Duty's! Kendra, just wanted you to know that my sister and me are 18 months apart...it's great. I felt like I had a friend and a playmate growing up. I have also enjoyed traveling life's journey right behind her...like a good big sister, she always warns me of what is up ahead! You may want to inform Taylor of her upcoming duties (i promise, no pun intended!).
ReplyDeleteKendra, if you ever get overwhelmed about expecting another one when Taylor is just 18 mon. old. You can think of me. We found out our next one will be here in January when Will is just 13 months old and Grady is 3 and a half. I will be praying for you sister. Aren't children a wonderful blessing. ~ Liz
